We sell genuine products. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

1. Warranty:

- Chloride Exide Solar Batteries: 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty.
- Inverters & Charge Controllers: 1 Year warranty.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not misuse, overcharging, or wrong installation.
- Keep your receipt and warranty card. Take photo of serial number on delivery.

2. What is NOT covered:
- Battery drained below 50% repeatedly.
- Using car battery charger on solar battery.
- Physical damage, fire and water damage.
- Wrong polarity connection.

3. How to Claim Warranty:

- Call/WhatsApp 0724 787 007 within warranty period.
- Bring battery to our shop: 
- We test battery free in 30 minutes. If faulty, we take to manufacturer to replace with a new one.
- For upcountry customers, we request you visit the nearest depot or send the product to us as a parcel.

4. Returns (2 Days):

- You can return product within 2 days if unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Battery acid must NOT be filled (for dry batteries).
- Customer pays return rider fee (KES 300-500 Nairobi).
- Refund via M-Pesa within 24 hours after we receive product. M-Pesa charges deducted.

5. No Return For:

- Batteries already installed or used.
- Custom orders (e.g., 4 batteries wired + inverter system).
- Physically damaged goods.

- Wrongly Applied goods (e.g., using a smaller battery than the recommended size).

6. Fake Products:

All batteries Serail numbers or QR codes . Verify via SMS code on battery. If fake, we refund double.
