1. About Us:
Beat Energy Systems Ltd is a car battery shop based in Buruburu Phase 5 Rabai road, Mountain View, Waiyaki Way and Katani Road Syokimau.

2. Products & Prices:
- All prices in Kenya Shillings (KES) inclusive of VAT.
- Prices may change without notice due to supplier factory prices, but your paid order price is locked.
- We sell genuine products. All with warranty card.

3. Orders:
- Order confirmed only after full M-Pesa payment to Till 326323 and WhatsApp confirmation.
- We reserve right to cancel if stock out — full refund within 2 hours.

4. Delivery:
As per Shipping Policy page. Delays by courier not our liability but we will follow up.

5. Warranty & Returns:
As per Return Policy page.

6. Battery Safety Warning:
Batteries contain acid and produce gas. Install in ventilated area. Keep away from children. Beat Energy is not liable for damage from wrong installation. We offer free installation guidance via WhatsApp video.

7. Website Use:
Do not copy photos/prices without permission. Prices for Kenya market only.

8. Governing Law:
Kenya law applies. Any dispute handled in Nairobi courts.
